Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is in one box?

100 individually sealed 1 mL syringes, each with a 31G × 5/16″ (0.25 mm × 8 mm) stainless-steel needle, an orange protective cap and a bold U-100 scale.

Is the scale U-100 or millilitres?

The barrel is marked 10–100 units, the U-100 scale. 100 units equals 1 mL, so a marking of 50 units is 0.5 mL. Read the volume at the tip of the plunger, not at the liquid level.

What does 31G × 5/16″ mean?

31G is the needle gauge — higher numbers are thinner. 5/16″ (8 mm) is the needle length. A 31G × 8 mm tip is the fine, short combination used for precise small-volume work.

Are the syringes sterile?

Yes. Each syringe is individually sealed in a sterile paper-film pouch and sterilised with ethylene oxide (EO). Do not use a syringe if its pouch is torn, damp or already open.

Can I reuse a syringe?

No. HENDARI syringes are single use. Reusing one risks contamination and a blunted tip. Dispose of it in a sharps container after one use.

Is this a medical device?

No. HENDARI syringes are intended for laboratory, industrial and household dispensing only, and are not intended for medical or clinical use.

How should I store the box?

Between 5 °C and 30 °C, dry, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Keep the box closed and use the pouches in order.

Can I order more than one box?

Yes — 2-box and 5-box packs are listed on this site. For pallet quantities or recurring supply, email support@hendarisupport.com with the quantity and destination.
