Shipping Policy

At Hoxe, every product is sold and shipped through Amazon. When you tap "Buy on Amazon" on any product page, you're taken to our official Amazon listing, where your order, payment, packaging, shipping, and delivery are handled directly by Amazon under Amazon's own shipping and delivery terms.

Processing & delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched by Amazon's fulfillment network. Most Hoxe items are Prime-eligible, with same-day or next-day delivery available in eligible areas. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days. The exact delivery estimate for your order is always shown on the Amazon product page before you pay.

Shipping destinations
Hoxe products ship to every region served by the Amazon marketplace where the listing is published (for example, Amazon US ships across the United States). International availability depends on the specific listing.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, Amazon emails you a tracking number, and you can follow your delivery in real time under "Your Orders" in your Amazon account.

Shipping costs
Any shipping fees are calculated and displayed by Amazon at checkout. Prime members receive free delivery on eligible Hoxe items.
